What kind of wax do we use for our candles & melts?
Our container candles made from “coconut wax” – which is a blend of hydrogenated coconut oil and soy wax. Coconut wax is considered one of the best and healthiest types of wax because it doesn’t produce as much soot as the other types of wax.
Our pillar candles and wax melts are made from soy wax. Soy wax is non-toxic and cleaner-burning being made with no toxins, carcinogens, or pollutants which means our candles are less likely to trigger allergies. As a vegetable-based wax, like coconut wax, soy wax does not give off harmful byproducts or produce black soot like the other leading waxes.

How do I browse the catalogue and place an order?
While we work on building the brand HOZEI, all available home fragrance products can be purchased on our sister brand’s site Hair and Bare – hairandbare.com/shop.
What payments are accepted?
Visit our sister brand, Hair and Bare, to place your HOZEI orders. Standard Visa and Mastercard debit/credit payments are acceptable. You can also complete your order via PayPal, though you do not need a PayPal account to make payment via PayPal.
Shipping & Refunds
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment, our products are only available for delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days, provided the courier is not experiencing any delays to shipping.

Returns & refunds on HOZEI products?
We are currently unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our handmade product range. We quality-check all our products in the pouring and packaging stage, and work hard to provide extended product information to give you ultimate confidence before placing an order.
We understand sometimes things go wrong…
Any item that is damaged in transit or missing will be investigated and we will do our best to provide feedback as quickly as possible. To be eligible for a refund due to packaging/delivery issues, please write to us using this order enquiry form. You will be asked to send picture evidence where possible. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we’ve requested a return.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
